Flight Log Maker v.5.3
Whether your aircraft you flight plan with is a light sport, experimental, or cerified under the FAA standard airworthiness rules, Flight Log Maker is the flight planner for you. Customize your performance data to your aircraft, save flight plans, airport data, custom weight and balance CG data. Flight log maker has many unlisted features to simplify and streamline the flight planning process. Developer has created 10 aircraft for your use. Email me if you want to contribute your aircraft data. This planner is for aircraft that fly from sea level to 12000 FT MSL and works for fixed (RPM) or controllable propeller (MP). All the file management tools and the weight and balance planner is included also. This is a completely working set of programs. Nothing crippled here nor are there any pay walls. I do charge a $15 fee if you want the program(s) and DOS box on a USB.

This study guide covers subjects HVAC technicians need to pass the 4 EPA tests required for the "Universal" license. The 4 tests include Type 1,2,3, and Core. Pick a test and study. Computer keeps track of your answers.

Mortgage Planner is a tool to see what your monthly payment on a home would be based on a number of elements you provide. Assumes a 10% down payment but will show a larger requirement based on debt and income.

This is the manual for the flight planning tool. Some things have been updated so a new manual will soon be available. The manual explains how to use the flight planner and manage files.
Arduino Control Diagram
This zipped file includes my arduino simplified wire diagram, controller picture, arduino sketches and explanation. This is the controller I created to control the watering of two garden beds I have in the back yard. Each bed has its sensor control board turned on every other day and will water if needed.
Grocery Shopper
Enter your shopping items for the grocery stores you shop at. Make a grocery list and the program pulls up the items that you previously bought and for now you can decide where the over all best price is to buy them at. When entering items be sure to type the item as all one word. Ex. Pasta sauce would be typed as "PastaSauce" The same goes for entering store name, item name, and all other text entry. The removal of expired grocery items is automatic. Just remember to save the file (item 9 or 13 ) when you are finished. The shopping list will let you know the savings amount when the item is found at different stores. Otherwise, it prints the cheapest price paid for the item and the date it was purchased. It totals the expected money to spend except for items being purchased that are not found in your grocery items data. Those you will have to estimate to get a more accurate pricing. New update: 10/21/2025 fixed bug when more than 200 items entered into list. Output for grocery list is made to a file only because it would not fit into DOS window properly. Made some changes to what is said when comparing items. (more work on this to come)
All programs provided are used by you at your own risk. Developer assumes no responsibiliy for misuse of the software. Programs run under DOS OS. You have to run DOS on your computer, or use a DOS emmulator like "DOSBOX". A download link is provided on the links page. All files/folders are contained in a .zip file. Create a folder then unzip file to that folder. All the programs are provided completely free and are full working versions (no pay walls or anything like that). Get all the programs on a usb drive for $15. Send an email request from the LINKS page with mailing address and how to pay.
